
For systems
under warranty or covered by Maintenance Agreement, we guarantee a four
(4) hour response to major alarms, however our service records reveal
that on major alarms we have responded in less than two (2) hours. We
average less than twenty-four (24) hours responding to minor problems.
Normal service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time
Zone), Monday through Friday.
Service is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
A major malfunction is defined as one which causes a total interruption of communications to 60% of the system.
