Prior to installation one of our sales representatives will contact you.
The representative will discuss the scope of training services and
materials available and together you will create and exciting learning
experience for your staff. Training classes will be composed of
employees who share similar jobs duties or who will be using the same
type of telephone. The functions of the system will be thoroughly
discussed and the activation of various features will be demonstrated.
If possible, each staff member will be allowed a "hands on" opportunity.
A user guide will also be provided to each user which they will keep for
future reference.
Special attention is given to the main operator and back-ups. These
individual who are charged with serving as your telephone "front door"
should become thoroughly familiar with answering and processing incoming
calls.
