A one-year parts and labor warranty is the industry's standard but, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty for parts and ACI's warranty for labor, ACI provides an expanded and extended warranty on our entire line of high quality telecommunications products.

Five-Years Parts and Labor Warranty
A two-phase approach is required to bring this extraordinary offering to the market place.

We market only the most reliable and feature rich equipment available. This is why we represent and service industry leaders: Mitel, Toshiba, NEC, Panasonic, Comdial, and Adtran.

We have partnered with Special Warranty Corporations to underwrite this offering. ACI is part of a nationwide network of telecommunications dealers who have pooled our resources and our risks to be able to offer this program.

All major components (cabinets, power supplies, circuit cards, telephones and voice mail systems) carry a full five-year parts and labor warranty from the date of installation. If a part is replaced there is no service call charge, no labor charge, and no charge. Traditionally this could reach into the hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

	First 30 day programming changes are non-conditional and at no charge.
	You are billed only nominal deductible charge of $50.00 per occurrence.
	Just think, your entire risk is limited to $50.00 per occurrence!

Yearly Maintenance Programs
ACI support provides all hardware and software, materials and labor for covered telephone and voicemail systems, PLUS cabling if installed by ACI PLUS no charge for "no trouble found", PLUS coordinating new service requests with Bell South and recommending methods of using network services more efficiently. (Does not include the repair or replacement of equipment damaged by fire, flood, lightning, or ANY OTHER PERILS OR CASUALTIES, misuse, or ANY other acts of God or Network Service Providers. Also excluded are labor and material cost for the addition or removal of equipment or the relocations of equipment.)

	Annual fee based on total number or covered ports. Can be enterprise-wide. (price per port per month x 12 months)
